The feature of this modern extension is unmistakably the large island with its cooking centre which has been created by fitting a Miele domino gas top and the BORA induction hob/extractor thereby avoiding a complicated overhead extractor which would have obstructed the view to the garden. The island is clad in antique brass including the back of the cupboards to create a really stunning feature in the room.

The tap is finished in brass to compliment the overall look and goes well with the white sink and worktops. Matching brass handles have been successfully used in this otherwise handle-less kitchen.

On the back run the ovens are fitted into the customised reduced height cabinets to keep the overall look light. The integrated fridge freezer and the double larder have been placed by the entrance to the kitchen and the larder provides the home for everyday appliances like the toaster and coffee machine.
